An educationist, career counselor, academic administrator, and parenting coach with over three and a half decades of experience in the Indian education sector (Both ICSE & CBSE).

Began as a teacher working with school students and gradually elevated to teaching students in both graduation and post-graduation level. Over the years, I have held leadership positions including Principal and Director Professor at reputed institutions, most notably served for close to eleven years as Principal and currently as Director Professor & consultant of the N. H. Group of institutes handling training, (Both their school and colleges.)

Academically: Doctorate in English Literature, with dual post-graduation in English and History, and a Certified Career Counselor (Mentoria). Certified English communication trainer and help students, parents, educators, and institutions align academic practices with future-ready outcomes through structured, research-based, and personalized frameworks.

Also a trained Debate & declamation facilitator. I have also penned two novels which act as motivator module for students. Preparing students for detailing their career path and positioning a constructive board interview.
